Ravi Mohan Takes Legal Action Against Estranged Wife Aarti Ravi & Sujatha Vijaykumar Over Defamatory Posts Amid Divorce Battle
Ravi Mohan has served a legal notice to his estranged wife Aarti Ravi and mother-in-law, Sujatha Vijaykumar, over defamatory social media posts. He filed a civil suit in Madras High Court seeking damages and an injunction, demanding removal of false posts from platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, and X (Twitter), pending the suit’s disposal.

Days after singer Kenishaa Francis issued a legal statement condemning the vile messages and online defamation she received over her alleged link to Ravi Mohan's marital separation, the actor has now served a legal notice to his estranged wife Aarti Ravi and mother-in-law, Sujatha Vijaykumar. The notice addresses their defamatory posts on social media, which he claims have caused him significant damages.
Ravi posted a legal statement on his Instagram account, stating that he has filed a civil suit seeking damages and an injunction against Aarti and Sujatha under C.S. No. 111 of 2025, A.No. 2424 of 2025, and O.A. No. 525 of 2025 before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras.
The suit also demands that they remove or delete the false and defamatory posts from their profiles or any other social media platforms, including but not limited to X (Twitter), Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp—particularly those tagging Ravi’s name—pending the disposal of the suit.
