Madharasi Title Glimpse: AR Murugadoss Announces His Next With Sivakarthikeyan; Salman Khan Fans Are Upset With Filmmaker - Deets Inside

AR Murugadoss' last release was Rajinikanth starrer Darbar (2020). It was a flop at the box office, and then the filmmaker took a break before announcing his Hindi directorial comeback Sikandar which stars Salman Khan in the lead role. Sikandar is slated to release on Eid this year, and last year, on the superstar's birthday, the makers had shared a glimpse of the film.

Now, the filmmaker is all set to team up with Sivakarthikeyan for a Tamil film titled Madharasi. Today, on Sivakarthikeyan's birthday, Murugadoss announced the film by sharing a title glimpse.

He posted, "Happy Birthday dearest @Siva_Kartikeyan . The ground is set for the MASSIVE ACTION. Let the HAVOC begin #SKxARM is #Madharasi."

While Sivakarthikeyan fans and Tamil movies fans are super excited for Madharasi, Salman Khan's fans are a bit upset. The reason is that they want Murugadoss to concentrate on Sikandar, and as the the Salman starrer is near to its release, they are expecting a new asset of the film to be out soon.

A netizen posted, "Murga Sir Kuch Toh Mariyadaa Rakhiye #Sikandar Pe Focus Karoo... Badhiya Wala Chahiye Hume Khana Hume WE Know You Cooked VOLCANO but Make Sure Khane me Namak Mirchi Barabar ho. Love You With Regards."

Another X user posted, "Better than Sikander announcement..kiya ghatiya announcement the wo.... @NGEMovies kindly check the bar.....maza aa gya ye dekh ke...Sikander ka teaser ka announcement ke bht wait tha lekin aaya tata steel ka ad." One more fan wrote, "Your this movie will come in Diwali and you are sharing content but your eid release sikander you are not talking about it .Such a same Sir!"

Well, reportedly, tomorrow (18th February), on producer Sajid Nadiadwala's birthday, the makers of Sikandar are all set to release a poster of the film. Sikandar, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal, is slated to release on Eid this year which means the movie is just a few weeks away from it release.

Salman Khan's last few films have failed to make a mark at the box office, but with Sikandar, everyone is expecting that he will make a big comeback.

Talking about Madharasi, while it is a Tamil film, the movie will be dubbed and released in multiple languages including Hindi. So, it is a pan-India film.
