'I Was Disgusted': Uorfi Javed Calls Out India's Got Latent Contestants For 'Slut-Shaming' Her & Comparing Her To Mia Khalifa

Fashionista Uorfi Javed walked out of Samay Raina's India's Got Latent recently after s few contestants abused her and asked her the number of men she had sex with. The actress and former Bigg Boss OTT contestant has now reacted to the controversy, stating that she was 'disgusted' after the disrespectful and derogatory jokes.

Taking to her Instagram story on Saturday (December 28), Uorfi wrote, "I think I missed the memo, nowadays people think it's cool to abuse someone or just slut shame someone for some views. I'm sorry but I'm not ok with anyone abusing me, slut shaming me for my body counts (which they don't know but they just assumed it must be high). All this for what? For 2 mins of fame?"

Lashing out at those who abused her, Uorfi mentioned, "The guy who abused me wasn't even joking, he got legit mad at me when I asked him why he was faking being handicapped! He just abused me on the stage in front of so many people. The next one was just trying to be cool, slut shaming me comparing me to Mia Khalifa expressing his displeasure over my high body count. I was disgusted. I should've said something to these men but I didn't cause the place I was at, everyone thought this was cool. No it's not. It's not cool."

However, Uorfi did not mention any names in her post.

The contestants' comments did not go down well with Uorfi and she decided to leave the sets immediately. According to media reports, Samay did not react to the jokes and the situation escalated after he failed to intervene.

A few months back, during a social media interaction with fans, Uorfi had opened up about her bond with Samay. She had said, "I love Samay, he is the best and also cute, we are BFFs."

Samay has also not reacted to the controversy yet.

Uorfi had also appeared as a guest panelist on the third episode of the show, around four months back.
