Barkha Bisht On Breakup With Karan Singh Grover: 'Grew Into Different People, Still Fond Of Him' (VIDEO)

Television actress Barkha Bisht recently opened up about dating actor Karan Singh Grover, with whom she starred in the teen drama Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi, which aired in 2004. The actress shared that she dated Karan for almost two years. Talking about their breakup, she revealed that they were too young at that time, as she was just 23 while Karan was two years younger than her.

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Barkha Bisht opened up about what attracted her to Karan, saying, "We dated for two years. Karan was a very kind person, which attracted me to him. He has an inherent kindness, which I got attracted to because people in Mumbai are not always kind. So, whenever I find kindness, I get attracted to it.

"He is very good-looking—the six-pack abs, I mean, I was just 23 years old! Over the years, we grew into different people. It was my first heartbreak in Mumbai."

Further, talking about their breakup, Barkha shared that she and Karan were too young, and over time, they grew into different people.

"Nothing went wrong; our perspectives and views on life were different. He was also two years younger than me. As we grew older over those two years, that difference became more apparent—that was the problem. I am still very fond of him even today, and I wish him the best wherever he is," added Bisht.

Karan is currently married to actress Bipasha Basu and has a daughter, Devi, with her, born in 2022.

Barkha was previously married to actor Indraneil Sengupta. They tied the knot in March 2008 and ended their 15-year marriage four years ago. Recently, the actress revealed that her ex-husband had cheated on her during their marriage.
