Study In China: Huazhong University of Science & Technology Invites International Students For Chinese Language & AI Robotics Program

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Chinese Language and AI Robot Summer School at Huazhong University of Science and Technology's (HUST) School of Mechanical Science & Engineering (MSE). This program provides international students with an educational experience that blends knowledge of robotics and artificial intelligence with the Chinese language and culture.

This year's program will combine cutting-edge AI and robotics training with traditional Chinese culture. To expand their technical and cultural horizons, students will take part in academic lectures, practical innovation training, industry visits, and cultural outings. 

Fees and scholarship: 

Tuition fees: 5000 CNY (training, seminars, and field trips.)

For a four-week trip, accommodation costs 700 CNY (double room).

Travel and living expenses are not covered. 

On the other hand, HUST provides qualified applicants with a complete scholarship funded by the China Scholarship Council, which includes:

Waiver of full tuition

Free double-room housing on campus

Health insurance

A stipend of RMB 3,000 per month

Eligibility criteria:

Non-Chinese nationals holding a current passport

Current full-time undergraduates studying engineering or related disciplines, including computer science, materials science, mechanical engineering, electronic information engineering, and civil engineering.

The selection procedure will be followed by guidelines for applying for a visa and an invitation letter.
