To fill 39,841 General Duty Constable vacancies as riflemen in the Assam Rifles and as General Duty Constables in the BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, NCB, SSF, and SSB, SSC issued the SSC GD 2025 notification.

According to reports, 48,266 applicants in total have been chosen for different positions. For the jobs of Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles, Constable (GD) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), and Secretariat Security Force (SSF), there are 39,375 male and 4,891 female applicants.

The SSC GD Constable exam was given from February 20 to March 7, 2024, with an additional session on March 30.
