JEECUP Special Counselling 2025: The Joint Entrance Examination Council has released the 2nd Phase Special Counselling Timetable, which includes the 4th to 5th Round Groups A, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1 to K8, and L, as well as Counselling for Minority Institutes Reserved Quota Seats. Students enrolling in the special rounds can view the full timetable.

Candidates who did not accept admission during the prior counselling rounds are qualified to take part in the JEECUP 2025 special round counselling.

JEECUP Special Counselling 2025: Documents required

To participate in the JEECUP counselling 2025 process, aspirants need to submit the documents mentioned below:

1. JEECUP admit card

2. Rank card

3. Counselling allotment letter

4. Qualifying exam marksheets and certificates

5. Character certificate

6. Migration certificate

7. Two photographs

8. Domicile certificate

9. Two sets of photocopies

JEECUP Special Counselling 2025: Application fees

JEECUP counselling 2025 is also conducted for minority institutes with reserved quota seats. The fee for registering for the same is Rs 250.

2. 4th Round seat allotment: 31-Jul

3. 4th round online Freeze/Float option selection for all candidates: August 1 to 3

4. Deposit security + counselling fee through their login (online): August 1 to 3

5. Document verification at the district Help Centres (only for Freeze candidates): August 1 to 3, up to 6 pm

6. 4th Round Admitted Seat Withdrawal: 8-Aug

7. 5th Round choice filling: August 4 to 5

8. 5th Round seat allotment: 6-Aug

9. 5th round deposit security + counselling fee through their login (online): August 7 to 8

10. Document verification at the district help centres (only for Freeze candidates): August 7 to 11

11. 4th to 5th Round Admitted Seat Withdrawal: 11-Aug
