GATE 2025, conducted by IIT Roorkee, will run on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16 with two shifts daily. Candidates must bring a printed admit card to the exam center.

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 subject-by-subject schedule has been released by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. The computer-based test (CBT) version of the exam is scheduled to be administered on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.
Total Papers: 30
Exam Dates: Conducted in two shifts each day
First Session:
Start Time: 9:00 AM
Reporting Time: 8:00 AM
Second Session:
Start Time: 2:30 PM
Reporting Time: 1:00 PM
GATE 2025 admit card:
GATE 2025 admit cards will be made available in January, allowing students enough time to study using official practice exams that mimic the real thing. Candidates must arrive at the exam room with a printed copy of their admission card.
Exam pattern:
The GATE 2025 question structure will include MCQs, MSQs, and NAT questions. Only one of the four possible responses to a multiple-choice question is correct. In multiple-choice questions (MSQs), at least one of the four potential answers is accurate; in NAT questions, the answer must be entered via a virtual keypad.
