'Gaon Gaon Ka Khush Ho Jayega Bachaa': Union Minister Ramdas Athawale's Poetic Reaction To Budget 2026 - VIDEO
Union Minister Ramdas Athawale praised Union Budget 2026 in his trademark poetic style, saying it would bring happiness to villages and justice to common people. He said the Budget supports MSMEs, agriculture and job creation. FM Nirmala Sitharaman announced a ₹10,000-crore SME Growth Fund and added ₹2,000 crore to the Self-Reliant India Fund.

New Delhi: Union Minister Ramdas Athawale on Sunday reacted to Budget 2026 and in his poetic style, said, "Gaon gaon ka khush ho jayega bachaa kyuki budget hain yeh bahut acha, Narendra Modi ji hai pradhanmantri sacha lekin Rahul Gandhi ji hai bohit bada kacha."
"This budget delivers justice to the common people. This budget focuses on providing significant support to MSMEs to ensure justice for the common man. This will create employment for millions of people, and the agricultural sector will also receive maximum support." he said speaking to news agency ANI.

FM Nirmala Sitharaman announced a Rs 10,0000-crore SME Growth Fund, offering equity support to enterprises based on select criteria. The government has also announced an additional corpus of Rs 2000 crore towards the Self-Reliant India Fund announced in 2021 at a corpus of Rs 50,000 crore initially, to provide equity funding to high growth potential MSMEs. The move improves capital support for MSMEs.
MSMEs is the second largest contributor to India’s GDP at 30.1 percent, employing 28 crore people as of July, 2025.
