MP CM Mohan Yadav Takes Action Against Negligent Officials

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Mohan Yadav directed action against 20 officials who have shown negligence in various cases during the meeting of Samadhan Online on Friday. In the three cases of irregularity in water supply cases, he directed for action against the guilty. He said that strong action will be taken against officers in connection with water supply related complaints.

In one such case, Bhawar Singh Patel had complained that water is not reaching till gram panchayat Berkhedi of Sehore district. Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Sanjay Kumar Shukla informed that penalty of Rs 37, 469 have been imposed on firm Messers Vishwa in this regard.

Technical faults in implementation of Nal Jal Scheme have been removed and water supply has been ensured. In connection with the complaint wherein pipeline developed leakage due to damage in Mhouganj, the service of field engineer has been terminated.

Notice has been issued to sub engineer of Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Corporation, project manager and assistant project manager. The CM instructed that strict action shall be taken against those who delay in implementation of Nal Jal Scheme.

On not taking timely action in well construction and acting on the complaint filed by Durgabai Vishwakarma of Chhindwara district in this regard, the CM directed to stop two salary increments of Chief Executive Officer and Assistant Engineer. Show cause notices have been issued to both of them as well.

Along with this, notice was also issued for termination of services of Gram Rojgar Sahayak for negligence. In this case, Secretary, Gram Panchayat was suspended from immediate effect. Payment of Rs 72,372 for well construction was ensured to the complainant.

Khandwa’s Dinesh Kalme lodged complaint of receiving sum under Disabled Marriage Promotion scheme. After his case came in Samadhan online, payment of Rs 1 lakh was done to Kalme couple. In this case, show cause notice has been issued to Social Justice Department’s Deputy Director, district treasurer and in-charge of disabled welfare branch.
