Madhya Pradesh IDC Forms GIS Follow Up Cell To Pursue Investors

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): After holding two days of Global Investors Summit (GIS), Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is focusing on to pursue investors to do investment.
In this regard, a GIS Follow Up Cell has been constituted. Various officials have been tasked with different responsibilities in GIS Follow Up Cell.
The officials of the cell have started working and sending e-mails and calling investors on phone to know that where they are interested to get land to establish their unit and what are other kinds of facilities they need to invest.

A senior officer of MPIDC said that in comparison to previous Global Investors Summit, this time more proposals of investment were received. Now the entire focus is on how to get these proposals implemented.
Sources said that land allotment has been done to couple of companies whose investment proposals are in advanced stage. In the coming time, more land allotment could be done.
Meanwhile, if investment proposals are examined region-wise, Bhopal has received investment proposal of Rs 582,093 crore. This will increase employment opportunities in and around the capital city.
