58-Year-Old Woman Professor Found Dead At Her Residence In Jabalpur; Deep Injury Marks Found On Neck
Investigation have been started on robbery and suicide angles over suspicious death of professor.

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A blood-soaked body of woman professor was found in mysterious circumstances her residence in Jabalpur. The deceased has been identified as Pragya Agrawal, a senior professor of Jabalpur’s largest women’s college. She was found dead at her residence in Amber Vihar near Gadha police station area of Jabalpur. The professor's body had deep injury marks on her hands and neck.
According to the reports, deceased was 58 years old and professor of botany in the Government Home Science Women’s College. She was found lying on the floor blood soaked and was accompanied by a domestic help who immediately alerted the police.
Recently, she was transferred from Damoh and resided in Jabalpur. According to the Police, the investigation have been started as this case can have robbery or suicide angles. The people who used to visit the professor’s house are under investigation of police department.
