Clear Clutter: Delete apps that are too addictive and not useful to you. Make sure to follow this process after evry few weeks
Target: Set a clear intention for what you are picking up your phone and put it aside as soon as possible. Remember no unwanted scrolling!
Digital Detox: Set some boundaries with your screen time for every evryday and try to get a phone-free day once a week
Go Out! Its important to embrace nature and try going out places nearby without your phone
