Syrian government airstrikes kill 30 including six children in Damascus

London: Syrian government’s airstrikes by its warplanes near the capital Damascus has killed more than 30 people including six children, said an activist group. According to BBC, the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that 32 people died on several raids on the suburb including six children.

Another activation group said that the death toll resulting from the airstrikes was at least 35. Syrian government has not commented on the incident as yet. Witnesses said the airstrikes hit a busy public square in Hamouriyeh, a rebel-held district.
