Suspected IS group recruiter arrested in Spain’s Ceuta

Madrid:   A Spaniard has been arrested in the Spanish north African territory of Ceuta on suspicion of recruiting youth to fight for the Islamic State group in Syria, the interior ministry said. He “was carrying out recruitment and indoctrination of youths with a vulnerable profile,” the ministry said in a statement.
