Colombo: Fifteen people have died and over 15,000 infected by dengue across Sri Lanka in the first four months of this year, the Epidemiology Unit said in Colombo on Friday. Till April 30, total 15,407 dengue cases were reported with highest 3,405 cases from the Colombo district, followed by Gampaha on the outskirts of Colombo (2,007) and Jaffna in the north (1,783), Xinhua reported.
