Now share WhatsApp status to Facebook story, follow these 4 simple steps

The instant messaging app WhatsApp has recently launched a new feature wherein users can share their WhatsApp status to Facebook story. The feature is still in testing process and is limited to Android users. Users please note that the new feature might not support every device. Users don’t need to do a separate login on the Facebook, the app will use the Android data sharing APIs. It is also said that the WhatsApp story can also be shared on other apps including Instagram, Google Photos and Gmail. WhatsApp and Instagram are owned by Facebook. While sharing a WhatsApp status on Facebook story or Instagram, two separate posts will be created. Users make note that your WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram will not be linked automatically while using the feature.

To share WhatsApp status on Facebook story, users just need to follow these four steps:

· Go to Google Play and join WhatsApp beta programme.

· After installing the same, open WhatsApp on your phone.

· Upload an image or video on your WhatApp status.

· Once you upload an image or video on the status, a notification pops up with a share button asking to ‘share to Facebook story’. And it is done.

According to reports, WhatsApp will soon start monetization on the status, which means users will soon start seeing advertisements on the status.
