A tragic incident was reported from a Durga Pandal in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. A young man enjoying Garba with his friends suddenly collapsed and died. In a chilling footage from the site, the man was filmed losing his balance and falling down on the ground amidst his energetic dance steps. People rushed to attend him after he collapsed on the dance floor, however, to learn later that he had passed away. VIDEO:
Man suffers heart failure during Garba
The man was reportedly identified as a 34-year-old Mulayam Rajbhar, a resident of Lorpur Tajan village of the state. It was learned that Rajbhar was dancing there along with others when his health deteriorated. His dramatic collapse while performing Garba was recorded on camera followed by people trying to wake him up. Failing to bring him back to consciousness, he was rushed to a hospital for medical care. But he was declared dead by the healthcare. Doctors claimed that the man had suffered a heart failure leading to his death.
Cremated without informing police
According to local media reports, Rajbhar was unmarried and his father was a retired government employee. His father Dharmaraj was serving at the Department of Telecommunications. Shockingly, the family carried out the last rites of the deceased man and cremated him without proper intimation to the police.
