In a recent video doing rounds on the internet, we could see a few elderly grey-haired females enjoying over a skipping rope. The video clearly reinforces the idea that 'age is just number', as these women were fit to jump and play around without going exhausted.
As the visual suggests, the clip doesn't originate from India. The video opens to show people dressed in a comfortable gown to jump and skip over the rope. Two females holds the ends of the rope, on which others play, one by one.
The video was shared on Instagram a while ago with the caption, "Good morning! May you find as much joy as these sweet elderly ladies jumping rope. I'm impressed!!"
