TV actor Ankita Bhargava suffered a miscarriage recently. The actor, who is married to ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ star Karan Patel, was four months pregnant. As per the reports, the incident happened a day after standing strong beside hubby at the Gold Awards. A day later, she met with this unfortunate incident. However, she is doing fine now, her father Abhay Bhargava confirmed the news to the leading daily. But he refrained from divulging further details.
Meanwhile, an actor from Karan’s show shared to Indian Express, “Everyone on the set is disheartened by this unfortunate incident. Karan and Ankita were really happy about the baby but seems like fate had other plans. While Karan is keeping a brave front, he is devastated, and it will take time to overcome this loss. It was their first child and they were really looking forward to embrace parenthood. We hope God gives them all the strength.”
Karan Pate debuted on the small screen in Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki’, in which he featured for eight years. He has also featured in K-Soaps like ‘Kasamh Se’, ‘Karam Apna Apna’, ‘Kasturi’ and ‘Kkavyanjali’. He currently plays the role of Raman Bhalla in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, co-starring Divyanka Tripathi.
Ankita is also an actress and she has starred in TV shows like ‘Dekha Ek Khwaab’ and ‘Reporters’.
