Ujjain: A morning walker was robbed of her purse and mobile in the VIP area at Kothi road on Sunday morning. Deepshikha, a resident of Sudama nagar, told the police that thieves had broken open the window of her car, which was parked near NCC road. She had come to the area for a morning walk with her family when the incident occurred around 7.30 am.
The victim stated that the thieves had thrown away the SIM card as well as her purse after taking the money. The family suspected a juice vendor and an auto driver since both of them fled the spot before the Madhav nagar police authorities arrived.
