Ujjain: Annual function of Bhimrao Ambedkar School

Ujjain: Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar School at Hira Mills Ki Chawl organised annual function. Students from Nursery to Class VIII showcased their talents in various programmes on patriotism, campaign School Chale Hum and cleanliness through singing, dancing and skits.

School director Aarti Singh said that Bairwa Cultural Committee runs this school which gives free education to scheduled caste and deprived children for nursery to class 8 students in both English and Hindi medium. The school is located in city’s largest slum area Mayapuri. Students had prepared for the programme on their own. The programme was inaugurated by founder committee member Mukesh Tatwal.
