NARSINGHPUR: Two youth travelling on two different bikes on the National Highway 26 were hit by a speeding truck on Monday. Both the youth died on the spot. The accident took place between Narsinghpur and Kareli. The truck driver fled from the spot after accident.  According to sources, Ashish Nema, son of Ramnarayan Nema, resident of Stationganj Ronsra, was going towards Kareli by his CD Dawn bike bearing registration number MP49 M 6102. at the same time Vrindavan Vishwakarma, son of TC Vishwakarma, resident of Loukipar, was going to Kareli by his Splendour Plus bike bearing registration number MP49 MA 4575. A speeding truck bearing registration number MP16 TC 6778 coming from Kareli hit both the bikes near Kathotia village in front of Gurudev Cement Pipe Factory. The bikes were damaged and both of them died on the spot. The truck driver fled the spot leaving the truck behind. Following the information ASI Gyarsia along with the police force from Kotwali police station reached the spot and completed the process of panchnama. The police have registered a case against the unidentified truck driver and started investigations.
