Forest ranger, Samardha range, Sudhir Singh said the feline ate the remaining carcass of the bovine killed by him almost two days back and left the place. Earlier, this tiger had killed a buffalo and before this, he had killed two cows in Kaliasot jungle area. This big cat is three- and- half years old and had strayed into the jungles of Kaliasaut and Kervan forest area from Ratapani sanctuary. One of the officers of Ratapani sanctuary told Free Press that said tiger is trying to make its territory and its movement is mainly in the jungles of Kaliasot, Kervan, Katothia etc.
