Student complains against UEC prof at AJJAKS police station

Ujjain: A student of Ujjain Engineering College made a complaint against HoD of Chemical Engineering department Jitendra Kumar Srivastava at AJJAKS police station after he was insulted in the college corridor by the professor on Monday. Complainant Ravi Parmar informed that he was heading towards civil workshop when Prof Jitendra Kumar Srivastava held his colour, slapped him and made caste-based abuse.

Remarkably complainant Ravi Parmar had made a complaint before Human Rights Commission against the professor after he was awarded zero marks in mid-semester test and QAR and took practical examination of five subjects in one day.

Ravi had alleged Prof Srivastava for his discrimination with him on the basis of his caste. Ravi further informed that college administration did not make fair investigation into the case under the pressure of professor. He had made complaint against professor for ruining his career before district Anusuchit Jati Janjati Adhikari Evam Karmachari Sangh (AJJAKS) president, Human Rights Commission chairman, president of National SC Commission and Technical Education department, Government of MP seeking justice.
