Ujjain : The rape charge registered by a woman against a man resident of Reeva few days back was proven false after the investigation of Nanakheda police. Woman after the strict interrogation of police revealed that she has registered the false charge of rape against Rajjan Saket under the pressure of accused Gokul Soni, Aakash Yadav, Rajbahir Soni and Ashok Singh Baghel. All the accused are resident of Rewa district.
Gokul Soni along with other accused concocted the whole story to take revenge from Rajjan Saket and used woman in their dirty plan. Woman revealed that accused had threatened her to kill and her child if she did not join them in their plan. Husband of the victim woman had left her at Indore railway station with Gokul Soni and Ashok Singh Baghel for going to Reeva. Ashok Baghel took her to Ujjain by bus where other accused joined them at Dewasgate bus stand.
After concocting the whole story, Aakash Yadav took woman behind the jungle of Anju Shree Hotel and raped her. Then Gokul Soni produced victim before the Dewasgate police station and registered the case of rape against Rajjan Saket. Gokul Soni made the whole plan to create pressure on Rajjan to slash case of teasing which was registered by sister of Rajjan. Police have arrested Gokul Soni, Aakash Yadav, Rajbahir Soni and Ashok Singh Baghel and registered the case under appropriate Section of IPC.
