Ujjain : Divisional Commissioner Ravindra Pastor on Monday during Micro Level Planning Standup Meeting of Kaal Bhairav Zone directed officials that no public convenience should block the traffic. Special attention should be given on the cleaning of Fair area and loud speakers should produce noise of a set level.
Dr Pastor discussed extensively over the planning of Kaal Bhairav Zone. Additional Collector and Zonal Officer Gopal Dad informed that the zone is divided into three sectors i.e. Kaal Bhairav, Siddhnath and Garhkalika which are spread over 726 hectare land. Mahamandleshwar of Vaishnav Cult, Khalsa halts in that zone. The zone also includes Unhel Satellite town. There are 27 temples at the zone. There are five roads having 60 meter of width and another five roads having width of 25 meter. The zone also has 8 ghats with 506 meter length. PHE department has laid 3357 meter DI line and built community toilets.
Dr Pastor directed to make full proof arrangements in the zone with micro planning. Let baths should be setup according to the number of officials and employees and locker facility should also be provided to them. Necessary facilities like potable water, accommodation for sanitary workers and other labourers, list of phone numbers of Mahamandleshwar halting at the zone, number of saints staying at the halting venue, storage of wood & LPG according to the requirement, number of waste containers and frequency of lifting the garbage, inspection of ghats by zonal officer, ensure the reception of 108 Ambulance service, separate exit and entry routes for devotees to reach temple.
Dr Pastor also met Mehant Ramnath of Bhratrihari Cave. Mehant demanded rejuvenation work of the cave. Zonal officer was directed to resolve the problem of potable water. IG V Madhukumar, DIG Rakesh Gupta, SP MS Verma, deputy fair officer SS Rawat, Abhishek Dubey and others were present.
