Ujjain : Mahakal police is about to finish their investigation in the case of illegal selling of Bhasmaarti permissions and soon FIR could be registered against the accused of the case.
About a month ago, Server Department of the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee (SMTMC) had caught one of its employees, Lakhan Malviya resident of Malanvasa while illegally selling permissions of Bhasmaarti. When SMTMC officials had interrogated Malviya he confessed his act and also revealed the name of his friend Dayaram resident of Jaysingpura, who used to bring devotees to him for the booking of permissions. Malviya who was posted at VIP clock room also used to take money from the devotees of operating Bhasmaarti permission kiosk machine, while his friend Dayaram used to bring devotees to him.
On smelling rat, server department of the SMTMC started keeping close vigil on Malviya and caught him when he did seven permissions using his mobile number around a month ago. Malviya was traced by the committee by his mobile number. Now police is mulling to hold meeting with temple committee officials regarding which act complaint is to be registered whether under the provisions of IPC or Mahakaleshwar Temple Act. On the whole issue Mahakal TI, Manoj Dubey said that they are about to complete investigation in the case and soon appropriate action will be taken against the accused.
