Ujjain : Team of Chimanganj mandi police has gone to Neemuch on Wednesday to nab the driver of the car who killed the couple at Bima square while they were returning from Jain temple on Tuesday morning. In the primary investigation police found that car (RJ 09 CA 6529) which killed the couple was registered on the name of the resident of Neemuch while car was registered in the Regional Transportation Office (RTO) of Chittorgarh (Rajasthan). Investigation officer, Vikram Singh informed Free Press that team has been sent to Neemuch and soon accused driver will be in the clutches of police. Vijay Jain along with her wife Chandanbala Jain were crushed to death by the speeding car at Bima square while they were returning from their Activa after paying obeisance at Jain temple located at Fazalpura.
Lottery dates declared for allotment of shops at Simhastha
Ujjain : Lottery for the allotment of commercial plots at Simhastha will be opened from February 24. Shops will be allotted through lottery at different sectors. Lottery process will be held at Simhastha fair office at Kothi Palace. Commercial plots of group C, D, E and F from Harsiddhi, Lalpul, Siddhwat, Kaal Bhairav, Ujarkhera-1, Ujarkhera-2 and Bhukhi Mata sectors will be allotted on February 24. Plots of group A from Mangalnath, Khilchipur, Lalpul and Harsiddhi sectors will be allotted on February 25. Plots of Group B from Garhkalika, Mangalnath, Khilchipur, Khakchowk and Ujarkhera-1 will be allotted on February 26. Commercial plots from Dutta Akhada sector will be allotted on February 27. Concerned applicant will have to present a receipt of application at the lottery. Remaining applicants who will not get the plots will get their DDs from Chief Forest Conservator at Udyan Marg at 11 am on March 4.
