Ujjain: Collector BM Sharma imparted a detailed training for effective implementation of Chief Minister Helpline 181 to departmental officials at Brahaspathi Bhavan here on Wednesday.

Collector quenched the doubts of officials regarding the helpline. District Information Science officer DS Yadav gave detailed information about helpline portal. It was told that citizens can make calls through helpline 181 for filing their complaints. Call centre will impart information about schemes and programmes of State government. Public complaints will be received and redressed accordingly.
