Ujjain : The General Administration Department (GAD) has made laws and bylaws for smooth working of all the government departments, but the top officials of the administration are leaving no stone unturned to flout its norms. The State Government College Professors Association has alleged the charges over the IAS officials working for the system.
President of the Association Dr Kailash Tyagi and divisional president Dr Virendra Kumar Gupta informed that whole system is bound in the time limits but still the whole system crawls in lack of monitoring. Some of the works which are not being done in specified time limit include answering the letters of affiliated workers Association, delay in filing of confidential character records, publication of seniority index, meeting of biannual DPC, flouting the norms of transfer policy and implementation of court orders.
Dr Tyagi and Dr Gupta also informed that none of the above policies are implemented and the result is that the employees are at the receiving end. He said soon the issues will be raised in the meeting to be held in chairman ship of chief secretary on December 22.
