Nullah become pot of trouble for the residents of DhanchaBhawan

Ujjain : More than 2000 families near the MR-5 Ring Road and Dhancha Bhawan are on the verge of getting infected with deadly diseases, as the 1 kilometer long open nullah stretching through the colonies spills its filth in the homes of the residents. Local residents have repeatedly been urging the administration and Ujjain Municipal Corporation to repair the nullah, which is dilapidated.

Reportedly, the nullah was constructed 25 years ago when the MR-5 road was built and with time it has been dilapidated and is leaking from many places. To make things worse the recent construction four-lane road proved lethal for it, destroying the structure of nullah.

With its leaking structure and addition of light showers the nullah spills its filth into the houses of Hira Mill ki Chawl, Rajiv Nagar, Maya Puri, Sandipani Nagar, Khandelwal Nagar, Ratan demanded attention of the UMC officials, so that the nullah can be repaired immediately.
