Navi Mumbai, Thane residents back Ramdev

OUR CORRESPONDENT Thane Thousands of residents of Thane and Navi Mumbai have decided to support Baba Ramdev, who has decided to sit on a fast unto death from June 4 onwards in order to put an end to the corruption in the country.

The young

est person from Navi Mumbai who would be fasting along with the yoga guru is just 15- year- old.

Baba Ramdev, who wants specific laws to be implemented so that the menace of corruption and black money can be tackled, has put forth four of his.

The government had even sent a few of its top income tax officials to brief Baba Ramdev on the issue of black money and illicit funds abroad.

Although Babaji had actively supported the Lokpal bill of Anna Hazare earlier, but off late has been expressing certain differences in opinion.

Abhay Kabra, district president of the Patanjali Yog Samiti, Navi Mumbai says, ” It is really nice that so many people from the satellite city have willingly come ahead to support Babaji.

There are more than 10 people who would be going from here. We all are very optimistic that Baba Ramdevalt39s fast unto death will reap good results.”
