Nalanda Academy students visit Nepal

Ujjain: A troupe of 57 students and nine teachers of Nalanda Academy, returned from a visit to Nepal under educational tour programme.

The troupe was led by administrator Shailendra Singh Shaktawat.During the week long visit to Nepal, students visited renowned tourist spot Pokhara and Kathmandu.

Students visited Davis falls, Gupteshwar Mahadev temple, Vindhyawasini Mandir, Mahendra Cave, Fevataal and Sarangkot. The students were excited to see ice laden mountains, mountain ranges, Machhapucche and Dhawalagiri Mountain. They also visited Kathmandu and paid obeisance to Lord Pashupatinath. It was a quite delightful experience for students to visit Swayambhunath, Bodhanat and Guheshwari Devi temple.
