Migrant worker killed in hit and run

Ujjain : A 35-year-old migrant worker was killed in a hit and run which occurred near Tapobhumi on Indore road here on wee hours of Friday. The deceased was identified as Jagat a resident of Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh. The deceased was machine operator at bore well drilling machine, which was on work here in city from Chhattisgarh. Incident occurred when Jagat turned his motorcycle near Tapobhumi to change lanes and an unknown vehicle hit him killing him on the spot. His staff mates took him to Civil Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival. The police are now investigating the CCTV footage of Indore Road toll plaza.
