Ujjain : Mututal disputes followed by litigations can be sorted out amicably through mediation process, which not only saves money and time, but helps reducing animosity.
These views were expressed by Indore High Court judge SR Waghmare while addressing a mediation awareness programme organised by the District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) at the Bar Association Auditorium here. Pratap Mehta and Atul Raina also graced the programme. Those expressed views on the occasion included District and Sessions Judge JP Gupta, mediators Kiran Juneja, Hardayal Singh Thakur and Premnarayan Joshi. Judge Rashmi Mishra conducted the proceedings while DLSA secretary Roopam Bedi proposed a vote of thanks.
