Man loses arm in road accident

Ujjain : A dhaba owner of Agar Road area lost his arm when a Maruti van in which he was travelling scraped an oncoming truck. The victim has been identified as Vishnu Kaushik, a resident of Awantipura. According to the Chimanganj Mandi police, Vishnu was travelling towards his home after closing his dhaba and had his hand outside the right side opening when the accident occurred. Police immediately rushed Vishnu to Civil Hospital from where he was referred to Indore. The severed arm was found after an intense one hour search of the accident area, the arm was also sent to Indore for possible reattachment.
