Ujjain : During a meeting of Simhastha sub-committees constituted to ensure successful hosting of Simhastha Mahakumbh at the Fair office on Monday, office bearers and members of the committees were elaborated their liabilities.
District in-charge Minister Bhupendra Singh called citizens and people’s representatives to play an active role to make Simhastha Fair a grand success. They should take initiatives to manage all the arrangements. People’s representatives and senior citizens should remain present at zonal offices to contact the saints to resolve their grievances.
CSFOC Chairman Makhan Singh explained the roles of the Simhastha Sub-committees during the meeting. All the presidents, secretaries and members should make extensive visit to the Simhastha Fair and point out the areas of improvement. All Simhastha preparations should be over within deadlines. He also narrated the facilities and services being provided to the Pandals at Simhastha area and told that water supply has been started. He also discussed the positive role of Environment Creation and Media in Simhastha. Simhastha Fair Authority Chairman Diwakar Natu told that all the sub-committees would play an important role in extending cooperation, coordination and suggestions for Simhastha.
The committees would make Fair Officer aware of the suggestions and findings collected during their meetings. Their suggestions should be practical.
The information of the meeting of sub-committees should be given in writing to the fair office. Agenda and the minutes of the meeting should also be presented. Media sub-committee president Nirukt Bhargava told that the committee had started working and would play an important role in the promotion and branding of the Simhastha.
