Ujjain : IT cell will be constituted under the district police administration to monitor the high-tech equipments of Radio Tracking System (RTS)during Simhastha Fair-2016. IT experts will impart training to policemen to operate the system efficiently.
These directives were issued by divisional commissioner Ravindra Pastor during the reviewmeeting of police and home guards departmenthere on Monday. A joint control room of police and administration will be setup for the integrated monitoring of the Fair.SP MS Verma informed that NGO Mess building is being built at police line under the Simhastha head with the cost of Rs 1 crore.
73 percent work has been finished. Police control room is being built at the cost of Rs 2 crore. Barracks for the stay of policemen are being built with the cost of Rs 9 crore at police line and other police stations. Police headquarter will manage the work of RTS, CCTV, communication and tower control.
Professional announcers like radio jockey will be hired for the announcements during Simhastha. Directives were issued to make preparations for announcements. Announcements to be done on permanent basis should be recorded by synthesizer. A senior police officer should be appointed the in-charge of announcement. 51 high-tech found and lost centers will be established in entire fair area.
The centers will display information regarding found and lost with the photograph of the lost and found person. People of service committees will be appointed at these centers. 75 ATMs will also be setup on temporary basis at the fair area. Some of them will be mobile ATMs.
Simhastha Fair area will be developed as a township. A town comprising temporary tents will be settled. Architect will prepare a plan of service line, water supply line, toilets, kitchen and accommodation of seers.
A meeting of officials of Town and Country Planning and Architect was held on Monday. Dr Pastor asked officials to prepare a detailed plan in this direction. Saints, seers and akharas will be given map of entire plot along with the allotment letter. The map will be marked with all the requisite facilities. Fair officer Avinash Lavania, deputy fair officer SS Rawat and Anil Patwa were present.
