Indore : Mayor Krishna Murari Moghe and Commissioner on Thursday visited the Annapurna pond announced to spend Rs 55 lakh of its beautification. Garden incharge Swati Sharma was also with them during the visit. Special directions have been given by the Mayor during his inspection which includes developing a box type culvert in the pond along with construction of boundary walls.

Mayor has also instructed the building officer and city architect Harbajan Singh to take care of the 35 people residing near the pond who will be shifted from there.

Importance will be given on maintaining of greenery in the area. Mayor was accompanied by BJP leader Bablu Sharma, building officer, zonal officer Ashol Sharma and city architect during the visit.
