Ujjain : Divisional Commissioner Dr Ravindra Pastor gave valuable tips to farmers of village Bolasa, 21 km away from here, for earning more by investing less, here on Friday. Addressing the Choupal of the village, Dr Patore talked about three points that is less cost more income, sell of fruits and vegetables in cities and milk production.
Dr Pastor told farmers how they could attain prosperity. Collector Kavindra Kiyawat also interacted to farmers.
The farmers were advised to constitute a cooperative committee in the village in cooperation of farmers as members. The committee will provide manure, fertilizers, pesticides and other things for farmers. Likewise, farmers should sow same type of seeds and they should sell the crop collectively in the market. They can also contact soybean plant near Dewas for bulk sale. Factory will purchase the product from the village.
The procedure will help farmers to save lot of money which they spend on trivial things. The committee should produce the good quality seed and prevent farmers to purchase high cost seeds.
Dr Pastor gave farmers an example of 300 farmers of Agar district who have constituted a seed producer company. Farmers of Bolasa village will be taken to Agar for visit of the company and a training will also be imparted to them by Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
