Eid Milad-un-Nabi procession on Dec 24

Ujjain : A grand procession of Eid Milad-un-Nabi will be taken out to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Paigambar Mohammed, on December 24 under the aegis of Seerat Committee. The procession will begin from Jama Masjid and will move to Bhargava Chauraha, KD Gate, Qamari Marg, Gopal Mandir, Patni Bazaar, Gudri, Lohe ka Pul, Topkhana, Daulatganj, Favvara Chowk and will again conclude at Jama Masjid. Muslim community people and tableaux will accompany the procession. A jalsa will also be held at Tanki Square at 8 pm on December 25. Hazrat Maulana Arif Raza Ashfaqui, Hariyana Mewat, Mohammed Ali and others will address there. This was informed by Hazi Shakir Hussain, Mohammed Ali, Chishti Gaffar Pehalwan and others at a press conference. They also told that they would pray the lord for the successful hosting of the Simhastha, on this Eid.
