Ujjain : Dr Sushil Gupta, Director of SS Gupta hospital was chosen as new president of Madhya Pradesh Nursing Homes Association (MPNHA) at the state conference of association at Bhopal. Dr Gupta was chosen for the post unanimously as all members supported his name for the post. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan himself greeted Dr Gupta on his selection extending his best wishes. CM also asked for contribution of association in reducing infant mortality rate. Chauhan also asked for formation of a committee which will help health firms, and owners of nursing homes and should give suggestions within a month on how to simplify the regulations and permissions for operating nursing homes. Bhopal MP Alok Sanjar, Chief Secretary, Praveer Krishan, Dr NP Shukla of pollution control board. City doctors including Dr Katyayan Mishra, Dr Rajendra Bansal, Dr Harsh Mangal, and Dr Shripad Deshmukh have extended greetings to Dr Gupta on his achievement.
