Ujjain : Hundreds of volunteers extended their service on the 4th day of Kshipra Cleaning Campaign conducted between Narsing Ghat to Ramghat and Sunhari Ghat, on Saturday. School students, Home Guard cops, Jan Abhiyan Parishad members, NCC, NSS and Scout & Guide cadets contributed to the cleaning of Kshipra.
Around 80 students of Dhan Mandi Girls Higher Secondary School contributed at the campaign at Rinmukteshwar Mahadev temple area on Saturday. NSS students cleaned the river with full determination.
Swami Yogendra Giri talked to the school girls. Collector Kavindra Kiyawat talked to teacher Jariwal and expressed gratitude for the initiative. Vikram University NSS in-charge Dr Prashant Puranik also contributed with his unit. 10, 000 fish were released in the water of Kshipra at Narsing Ghat by Kiyawat and Chief Forest Conservator Dubey on this occasion.
