Collector Kiyawat conducts inspection of rural areas

Ujjain : Incumbent Collector Kavindra Kiyawat made an inspection of rural areas of the district here on Thursday. Kiyawat expressed nager over the mismanagement prevailed at Health Centre located at Jaithal village and directed concerned officials to make arrangements within ten days.

Kiyawat visited Health Centre at Jaithal village where ANM, assistants and MPW employees commute from Ujjain and the patinets are deprived of health facilities. Even the weighing machine, scale and machine to monitor blood pressure are lying inactive. He expressed anger over the entire staff and gave them deadline of ten days to manage things. Health workers were dircted to keep the premises hygenic and pregnant women and children should be given proper treatment. Collector met Jaithal village Sarpanch and asked him why he has certified the attendence of the staff as they have not be staying at the headquarter.

Kiyawat also visited Panchayat Bhavan and school and got shocked over dilapidated state of the building. He asked Sarpanch and secretary for maintenance of the building. During inspection of school, he met school students and asked them some questions for which he got positive reply.
