Ujjain: In yet another incident of robbery, five armed men snatched nearly Rs 83,000 from agent of a collection company near village Raghopiplya on Indore road on Tuesday. However, initially the Nanakheda police was not convinced by the statements of the collection agent and but were forced to register a case after 3-hour long interrogation of victim Nageshwar Pawar. Pawar works as collection agent for a private company. Pawar had reportedly collected the cash from nearby villages following which he was headed for the agency office in the city on a motorcycle. Victim told the police that when he reached near Raghopiplya, three assailants, who were covering their face, intercepted him threatening to attack him with knife. The assailants snatched the bag containing cash from him and fled the scene he raised an alarm and people gathered at the spot. Nanakheda Police have registered a case under section 394 of IPC in this regard.
