BHOPAL Chief minister, who is on a pilgrimage, performed alt39 Giriraj Parikramaalt39 along with BJP leaders on Saturday.

They started performing Parikrama at 8 am and took around 12 hours to complete it. The group comprising of chie

f minister, ministers and BJP leaders looked like a alt39 Bhajan Mandalialt39 with no trappings to show that they were top political leaders.

Chauhan performed Yatra on foot while BJP state president Prabhat Jha had to take help of a rickshaw. Former minister Kamal Patel and Anup Mishra, who are keen on getting ministership, also joined the Yatra.

Ministers, leaders not invited sulking

The religious trip of Chauhan has left some ministers and BJP leaders unhappy as they were not invited for the Yatra. A minister, considered to be close to Chauhan, said he did not get invitation otherwise he would have definitely gone. The Yatra has also divided people who are close to Chauhan, into two categories- those whom accompanied Chauhan and those who did not.

Jha coming back, CM to visit temples

After Giriraj Parikrama, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is staying to visit the temples of Mathura and Vrindawan while Prabhat Jha has decided to come back.
