City wrestlers clinch bronze medal in Wrestling Contest

Ujjain : On the fourth day of 61th National School Wrestling Competition, Free Style (FS) and Greeko Roman (GR) competitions were held at Kshir Sagar Wrestling Arena on Sunday. Wrestlers of Delhi dominated the competition in Men’s category while in Women’s category wrestlers of Haryana dominated the game. Nimitesh Yadav of the city won bronze medal under 54 kg group of GR style. Media in-charge Amitoj Bhargava and Sanjay Lalwani informed that Vijay of Haryana stood first in GR style under 54 kg group and Deepanshu of Delhi stood first in 100 kg group. In FS category, Surendra Yadav of UP stood first in 50 kg group, Karan of Delhi stood first in 63 Kg group and Sagar of Delhi stood first in 85 Kg group. In the women category, Ritu of Haryana stood first in 51 Kg and Tina of Haryana stood first in 67 Kg.
