Ujjain: Nanakheda police has arrested owner of the brick kiln, where a labourer had fallen to death on Tuesday evening.
Police arrested owner of the kiln Dharmendra Prajapat on Wednesday on the basis of statements given by the fellow labourers of the deceased Jitendra Banjara. Labourers informed Nanakheda police that Dharmendra was pressurising Jitendra for driving tractor in spite of knowing that he did not know the vehicle driving. As Jitendra started the vehicle it turned turtle and Jitendra came under it which resulted to his death. Nanakheda police arrested the owner of brick kiln and have registered the case under Section 304-A of IPC.
