Ujjain : The solid waste management project of the city landed in another offing when ruling party at Ujjain Municipal Corporation (UMC) presented an eleven point charter before municipal commissioner Avinash Lavania. The committee members said the project will be given green signal offing these eleven demands are satisfied. Minister Paras Jain, mela committee chairman Divakar Natu, corporators Jagdish Panchal, leader of opposition Ravi Rai, Satynaryan Chauhan participated in the meeting. The eleven point charter included demands like collection of garbage from doorsteps on everyday basis, limit the penalty system, equal funding distribution between UMC and Treatment Company, penalty over company in case of negligence and extending lease to 10 years. Committee members said the project will put forward before house for green signal after the administration comes to an agreement over all the points.
